This is a preventative firmware, not a cure.

It may be too late for your machine but I suppose it’s worth trying it anyway.

Have reset NVRAM 3 times.... C-D390.... recovery keep on running for 2.5 hrs...... ????? for how long should I wait?

Another thing to mention the MFP is not accepting FW when turn on, I have to do it to go into SM and Internet ISW download... any advice

This firmware has to be put on using internet isw. Copier tech posted the instructions previously.

As for the error code I think the data is already lost and probably won’t recover, in which case you will need a new mfp board and nvram.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but if anyone else can think of anything else, I would be interested to hear it.

OH! just remembered, if the nvram was reset you need to boot to a firmware stick and go into machine/type and put in the right data. (if FF is shown for both)
then it should accept FW.

Thanks fellows.... The machine is working now... and it did pick FW through internet ISW, it was not picking reset tool directly and I had go via ISW...data was not that important and the good thing is MFPB and SSDB were recovered.
