    Machine Availability

Does anyone have any idea of which machines might still be in stock? We're just a tiny dealer, but were recently told by our DSM that all 300i's and 360i's are out of stock with no ETA. I know we've had 15 on order for 2+ months with no signs of movement. Can we still get C250i's? C450i?

I don't have that much love for Konica - are there other manufacturers that have more inventory? The lack of communication from Konica has been really frustrating, as we have government orders that will likely fall through without some kind of ETA from KM.

I think it the forcast is ugly for all OEMs regarding A4 equipment. At this time we are able to get all A3 models we have been ordering from Sharp. Some ship right away and a few models will lag about two weeks before shipping. The big problem we have is getting machines without major damage.

This is the info I was given for the amount of product shipped in quarter 2 of 2021 versus Q2 2019, pre-pandemic.

    Sharp 104%
    Canon 78%
    Konica 83%
    Kyocera 94%
    Ricoh 77%
    Toshiba 92%
    Xerox 83%

Thank you for the response. To be honest, those numbers are a lot closer to the 2019 numbers than I was expecting. We definitely feel your pain on the shipping issues - I'd say about 1/4 of our machines come in with significant damage.
