Im getting fizzy lines through prints.

Its not the MFP sadly. Would you say A7PUM40800 High voltage unit is the next best option?

do the internal test prints do the same? (halftone and gradation test patterns.)

That is the internal test bird. And halftones do same yes

Before start throwing boards I would remove any option and try.

judging by the limited info, i would say print head. seeing half tone patterns would be a great help.

Fwiw I've seen a faulty dual scan board do the same.
I'd remove the board temporarily, change it to no adf in service mode and see if the issue remains.
I know it sounds weird but if I haven't seen it myself I'd be skeptical.

Good call I agree after re-examine test page. I would reseat connectors for PH unit but may need new one.

I have similar problem on my BH 452 and solved it when replaced motors, I replaced motor for black drum AND motor for belt, I don't know what motor was the issue but after replacing problem was gone..
