iSeries go in in deep sleep mode

Hi everyone,
We ve N issue on a C3350i. It goes in a sort of deep Sleep Mode and does not answer to any solicitation. The customer muss immer switch off.
The Firmware is the J9 with sw 25 = 20 Hex. The MFP has bern installe in February this yearand hat circa 12000 click. The Admin Setting sind right : sleep mode off and weekly timer off.
Have anyone ideas? Or you had this problem on an i series?

Found this for the I Series failing to wake.

Problem
MFP does not come out of sleep mode when touching the operation panel or pressing the sub power button.
Solution
CAUSE: Power save settings not properly set.


SOLUTION: Ensure firmware version G00-75 or newer is installed on the MFP and perform the following.
1. Select Utility
2. Select Administrator
3. Enter Admin Password 12345678 twice (default)
4. Select Maintenance
5. Select Timer Settings
6. Select Power Settings and change the following
a. Power Consumption in Sleep Mode to Disabled
b. Power Save Setting to Sleep
c. Enter Power Save Mode to Immediately
d. Awake from Power Save Mode by Touching Control Panel to ON
e. Data Entry to +2
