Bizhub 958 cant do New Release on fuser

Hello

I have change the fusing unit on a Bizhub 958 Pro,but the damn thing won't accept NEW RELEASE on Fusing unit.
I open front door before selecting the FUSING UNIT button but no luck.

Any ideas?

Try booting into trouble reset mode and access service from there.

How do you do that?

Turn off main switch, hold down panel reset while turning on.
You will see a dot in the corner of the screen, you can let go the button.
In about a minute "trouble reset" appears on the screen. Then try entering service mode the usual way and see if the fuser will reset.

Select new release, fuser unit, open the front door then press the print button when it turns blue.

I had a bizhub 808 that wouldn't go blue to do the New Release. It also wouldn't reset the Full Waste Bottle indication. It turned out that the torsion spring actuator for the front door switch was sticky, so it didn't recognize that the front door was open.
