C750i setup Scan to Email offfice365 transmits scans without error but not received. C250i and C360i on same network scan to smtp.office365 email without any problems

Check your DNS on the copier. For a customer at a bank we had the same issue, once DNS was updated their emails starting arriving.

fwiw when i run into stuff like that i do an external memory backup of the network and system settings of a working machine and import it into the troubled one.
sometimes its all the kickstart it needs. and i change the IP back of course.

The only time I've had this problem, is when the "From" address is different to the one you are using to log into in the SMTP authentication section for emails, on your copier.

I've sometimes had similar issues if there is no text in the 'body' of the email, do the subject and body of the sending email have something in them?

so what version of firmware are you at. FW0027 is not a version but the folder name.

these are the versions: latest to oldest G00- K8 function 2.2 GooJ9 function 2.1 G00 G4 function 2.0 G00 E9 Then E35 ANd E 34 which are 1.0
