Konica 8050 Error Code SC41-04

I have a Konica 8050 with a Error Code SC41-04 and i can't fix it... Can anyone help me??? Thanks.

I suggest checking one of the following.....A failed write unit exhaust or suction fan (M43, 44, 45, or 46). Go into 47 mode The fans can be checked in diagnostics.

The 41-04 is a failed cyan write unit, or a failed suction/ exhaust fan. You can test fans m43,m44,m45,m46. In 47 mode, code 42, multi code 6.

99% replace the cyan write/laser unit faulty.it can be swoped over with either yellow or magenta for diagnosis and code will swop to sc 41-02/03 depending which is used
