Calibration sheets jamming in finisher

I can't figure out why... any insight?

It's a Creo, and it's printing sheets for color calibration. It does it 100% of the time.

You have to check that the CREO knows which finishers are on. You also might want to check and see if there has been any updates recently performed to the CREO. You may have to check your settings.

its a c6500, and it knows the finishers, all updates are there. :(

creo is v2 but it happened on v1 too i believe

remove the finisher and print is again. also remove the finisher in preference.
Check if it works then then you can forget the finsher as a problem
also you can set to switch paper 11X17 13X19 A4-A3.
