One of our client's sent a screenshot of this error on their machine.
I will give them a call early to see how this issue came to be.

I am looking to get the service manual tomorrow morning before I head over there but.

So far it looks like a hard drive issue?

Error Codes > Konica-Minolta > bizhub C558 > Code CD010 (https://printcopy.info/?mod=erc&brand=Konica-Minolta&model=bizhub+C558&code=CD010)

But I don't think it is possible to get into service mode if we are stuck on the error screen?

Look in the forum there are many threads on this topic ,but yes it is a problem with the HDD try to format it, you should have no problem to enter technical mode.

You can get into SM during any code. Occasionally itll reboot faster than you can get into SM, but it should only reboot 3 times before it stops and tells the customer to call their service representative.
Alternately, you can "backdoor" (not really) into SM through the trouble reset screen before it fully boots and codes
