Sorry in advance if there is a thread out there about this, but for the life of me I can't find any info on this specific issue. I have a C364e that refuses to send faxes. The job immediately errors out to a 553 code, which is an SMTP server error. This machine does everything else perfectly well. When I check the fax settings in administrator mode, the only setting visible is #5) Function Settings. The fax is plugged into the proper slots and turned on in the option board status page of service mode. Has anybody seen this before? Short of replacing the fax card, is there anything else to check?
