Getting an orange-yellowish line on print
Hello All !
We are getting a yellow-ish line towards the centre on our 12x18 prints. What can be the cause ? Attached screenshot
Printer: Konica C258
Paper: 12x18 300 GSM Art Card
DPI: 1200
Tray: Bypass
Thank you for your help :-)

its not a yellow/orange issue. you are missing cyan and or black.
check laser slit glass and DV coverage. could be debris behind a doctor blade on one of the DV units

At max paper weight consumables life is critical. Post them plus are you using compatible toner?

Thanks for this, we will try it today, however, we cleaned the whole laser unit. We will check for DV units today

We are using compatible toner and recently, the black OPC life was over, so we replaced the chip, and then it worked fine.

The chip might get you some miles but will come back.
Is drum turd party also?
Might have missed it, but what are drum/dev counts?

Have you cleaned the PH unit with the wand, or have you removed it and cleaned it, sometimes using the wand isn't enough, you have to physically remove it and wipe the windows
