Konica Minolta C8000 issues

Hi guys , I have a client who has a C8000 giving him nightmares, it over jams in the fuser unit of the finisher, and since it’s a very fast machine it spoils almost 20 sheets per single jam , so am wondering whether it is possible for a C8000 to work without the extra fuser or that big finisher ? If you can work without the second fuser, that same problem a customer had a c8000 jam, I removed the second fuser and it has been 6 months since it gives me problems, the machine is installed with LCT + MACHINE + FS-521 finisher

Thanks mates for the quick response,truly appreciate, So Romario , can you please share with me the technical procedures of making it work without the secondary Fuser or the big finisher , if there any technical settings I need to put in the machine.
