Blocco sia copia che stampe su konica minolta c458

Buongiorno, gentilmente qualcuno puo' aiutarmi, ho una konica minolta c458 spesso la stessa va in blocco sul diplay non compare in evidenza Rubrica, la stessa non stampa e' non posso fare operazioni per la copia , non posso nemmeno accedere al contatote per entrare in modalita assistenza.

Try the backdoor. Hold down RESET button while powering on. When Trouble Reset pops up, do not hit the button. Instead, do the usual key sequence to get into service mode from there. This almost always works, even if you can't get in it the normal way.
