Hi, I am writing to you for a problem with a Cartadis magnetic card reader TC11n connection.
I connected the card reader to the c211 connector of a Ricoh MP4002, I set the 5113 (i tried with all the options) and activated the key counter function in the administrator panel, but the copies are not scaled. If I connect the same card reader to an MP5000 with the same settings (very similar to the 4002, same connection cable) it works great. Can anyone help me. Thank you
