Bizhub Pro C500 help
I'm working on a c500 pro, It's having print quality issues. It has a Fiery attached to it, I've replaced the blk and cyan drums and put in a slightly used trans. belt because thats all I had and it's in better shape than the one that was in there. The problem started with the blk going light. This copier has about 490,000 on it I put a different Develpr. in it did all of the adjsts. and it looks much better but the blk is still a little light not a good solid blk. The customer wants it blk a solid blk like it was when she first got it. She bought it used from us. any ideas would be appreciated. tell me how to make the black blacker.
