Hi guys!!!!
I am a freelance Technician here in Brazil Konica Minolta and here we face many problems with Konica documentation in general.
I even have documentation like Konica Minolta Line 4 All Sollutions Solution newsletters.
But I am looking for SSD SUPPORT SOLUTIONS
bizhub C258/308/368/458 ALL ACTIVE SOLUTIONS
bizhub C300i_360i_C250i Series ALL ACTIVE SOLUTIONS
To add information and future corrections in equipment that I perform Maintenance.
Because I don't have access to MyKonica to download updated documentation.
I will be very grateful for the documentation.

I'm ashamed to ask: What is this? Some sort of tech-bulletin bundle or newsletter or Ricoh's goose-guide pendant?

If I look @KNOVA it doesn't really put something out.

If I had to guess, this is the "All Solutions" documents. Not sure if it's the same in other countries, but KM in the US releases document(s) for each model machine that contains a large collection of the solutions that were found for different issues out in the field. Basically any solution that was found by KM's Tech support call center, when a service tech calls in for help.

Personally I've found them to not be as helpful as I would have hoped they would be. Whenever I come across an unusual problem, I find that this forum is more helpful than these documents. I think I've only ever found one useful solution in them in the 8 years I've been troubleshooting these machines.

It is a running list of known issues and solutions for the various models. Some of these documents are years in the making and hundreds of pages long.
This is one of the things that KM does right

Thx for the info guys - so it's kind of like ricoh's goose guide wich was/is also sometimes more and sometimes less useful. Seems this is a KM US thing since I can't find it on KNOVA or are you guys all direct techs?

I can't speak for the others but we're a KM dealer (not KMBS) and have access to the solutions.

OK, then it might be just handled different between different marketing regions/countries. Nice to have CTN to fill these gaps. I barely have to call the manufacturer specialists/hotline when I'm in trouble with something.
