This is remote site so they called today about jamming issue. Machine count is arround 700k all consumables are well within their life recomendations.
It started recently, I logged via remote panel and there are a lot of 32-05 jam codes. I read about faulty/worn loop sensor actuator. Anyone having experience with this model?
What can I bring with me as this is the only one machine of this model we have in field and site is far off.

I'd start with PS3, or possibly a seizing fuser. =^..^=

It could even be something as simple as damp paper

Most likely exit clutch. CL8. I have seen this clutch fail with as little as 400K. J32-02 and J32-05 jams. Plus there was a bulletin on it for the 4 series. I assume they got it right for the 8 series but maybe not. Its about a 2-3 hour job to replace it.

Thanks guys will bring exit sensor and CL8 along with loop sensor spring and actuator.
Had guide from fellow techs here on CL8 replacement with lots of shortcuts. However I noticed it recorded 32-05 jam only from tray 1 while they claimed were doing cross sorting (A4/A4R), may be tray related we will see.

+1 on this. A quick phone call to the client ask them to try a new unopened packet of paper is worth a try before you attend.

Bulletin is for the 4e series but I guess the same applies with the 8 series.
