I have never sold or worked on one of these as this is a new customer that called for a jam code 242.01 and no paper is present. I ran a piece of mylar up through the front paper path right above the first cassette but and all seems clear so I assuming its one of the sensors. I'm logged on to the Konica's One Stop for the service manual but its not listed under documents for either the 4020 or the 4050 series? If someone has the manual they could email me or direct me to the page on the KM site that would be appreciated.

I can't recall specific any details but one time I had a prob with an actuator and several other times I needed to install the modified (green) feed rollers.
