Konica Minolta C658
Hi I have the above machine which was just purchased.
The machine prints with white lines as per photo on test prints
The transfer belt I was advised is new and OEM.
The drum units as I was informed are new OEM
Basically the machine was refurbished . However it prints rubbish with those lines that appears on all CMYK test prints
What do I look out for to solve this
Thanks

That's a new one to me. On those samples where is the lead edge / direction of feed?

Very hard to judge from the worthless pictures. I have seen similar when making sky shots under a fluorescent tube light.

He claimed samples are test prints guys. I suppose those lines are parallel with paper feeding direction.
Author can you post a picture of ITB when you open side door.

If not ITB then tranfer roller must be the cause.
Fuser wouldn't create such regular pattern.
PH unit will not create this on all colours.
(This pattern is not common problem for poligonal mirror)

Try to stop the printout before fuser. Remove ITB and drum(s) and look for these irregularities.
Hope you find it at some point.

That made my day! ;)

Use your machine to scan in the prints with direction of output!

As stated, probably not the PH if on all 4 colors.
What are the meter counts?
A terrible transfer roller might cause this--especially if in the middle.
Remove transfer belt and inspect. (I had something similar when a fuser roller blew up and got stuck on the topside of the belt.)
On that note, check the fuser but I would expect a bunch of toner crustys from un-fused toner.
