Good morning, I replaced the broken record on a Konica C454e Now the AIR PRINT function no longer works How can I recover the machine firmware? As I understand it, AIR PRINT only works with G20-J6 firmware or higher, right?

Load the latest firmware & set function version 7 with SW 25 HEX 60

Then turn it on in Administrator Settings>Network Settings >AirPrint Settings>ON

or log on their wifi
the mobile device has to be on the same segment of the copiers network, most customers forget that too ;)

Don't forget Soft sw 168 set to hex 05 only then air print will be available in admin option.
