Konica FB08 (000.00) error code

Wondering if anyone has seen this error before. I have yet to go out but will go out and try a FW update for starters. Problem:
Code FB-08 code. Konica Bizhub 4050

From the manual : Abort code,
ABORT CODE
4.1 Troubleshooting of the abort code
• The machine displays an abort code (F###) on the operation panel as it becomes unable to process tasks properly through its software
control.
• When the system program is aborted, check the electrical component, unit, option, and connection relating to the specific type of the abort

FB-08 error: Asahi ASIC error (IMAGE)
Memory error: ASAHI register setting error Possible bad controller board (CTLB)

Customer has documented the following recent error history:

The first trouble code was on 1/25 after I made a 1 page copy through the feeder -the error code was FB08(000.00)


4 hours later I made a 1 page scan through the feeder – the error code was E301(000.00)


Next was on 1/27 after I made a ½ sheet copy through the feeder -the error code was FB08(000.00)


4th time was on 2/10 -I came into work to see it displaying error code E301(000.00)


Just now on 2/18 it randomly displayed error code E301(000.00)
