    C3300i paper jam

    I have a strange error.
    When print -for example the konfig page - on C3300i the page jam in front of the
    transfer belt unit.
    If I make a paper passage test it will be fine everything and all papers going
    on the machine.

          The jam code is 11-02.
          The strange is when power on the first page (config page) is ok, but if you want to print another
          config page it's jam with the above code.
