Hi CopyTechNet,

We have a KM C7000 with Pro80 Fiery controller.

The HDD in the Fiery started clicking and is toast. Not able to recover the OS.

Both EFI and KM were no help in getting ahold of the Fiery OS v1.0 (XP x64 based) OS images or CDs.

Does anybody have a copy?

Thanks for your help.

I have a huge scare on this happening to me someday.
Is posible to do a upgrade in the HDD, maybe a enterprise class or, why not, a SSD Enterprise Class for better performance?
This could be an easy task, like cloning the hd?

Just thinking here...

ssd"s and other non whitelisted hardware will work if you clone from a working hdd, however if you ever need to reload from dvds it will detect the non approved hardware and refuse to load.
