I do not have the technical manual of that model, Bizhub c221.

I think what you need is a Total Clear:

If you see a menu item for "Trouble Reset" that's even better. =^..^=

Is similar to bizhub C281/C221/C221s?
Machine, Firmware, Image process adj, system1 , 2, counter, print menu, state confirmation, adf, extra service mode (those options appear to me)

Did you say that the model was bizhub C221 in the title? I think so.

I don't think this model is sold in the US ... I've never seen one before, nor do I have a manual. =^..^=

I was thinking that it was a variation on the bizhub 36 or 42. The service mode looks similar. =^..^=
