Bizhub C227 prints 2-Sided from mac but fine from other computers

Installed a new C227 and everything prints fine except from this one macbook. I have set the default to 1-sided in CUPS and checked that layout is set to 1-sided as well but everything printed comes out 2-sided (with native programs and 3rd party). I have tried an older driver and the newest but the same issue occurs. I started a ticket with Konica and even they were baffled. Has anyone ever come across this with Monterey os?

*They had a Bizhub c203 and said that the macbook could print to that 1-sided.

What are the Firmware version and Function version? May try to play a bit with SW25.

The firmware is A7970Y0-F000-G00-Y0 and the function version is 4.2

Of its a 3rd party app perhaps the need to address that vendor and leave you alone.
