Did you replace the rollers? Especially the separation roller? Clean or replace paper feed clutch?

Also check switches on top door of ADF

It's very easy to get the separation spring misaligned, there's a bottom post for it to rest upon ... which lets multiple originals feed. I've done it to myself a couple of times. =^..^=

Yes, I changed all the pulleys, but I didn't know what the feed clutch you mean? If you have a picture of him I would be grateful to you brother.

Where is the spring or clutch in the picture?

After you remove the separation roller you can see the spring ... underneath. =^..^=

I changed the pulley, but returned the old spring. I will change the spring and hope that is the cause of the problem.

On rare occasions, I've actually had to cut a couple of turns off that spring to get the proper pressure. But make sure you have a spare with you in case you overdo it.

I find it in interesting that you persist in misunderstanding my statements. There usually is nothing wrong with the spring, it is just installed incorrectly ... not onto the lower post. But if it helps you install the spring correctly, then please, order another one. =^..^=

Sorry if I bothered you.. but I think the spring is in place as in the picture, so I thought the problem might be with the spring being weak. Thanks for your info anyway.52978

Hard to judge from the image but the sep roller appears a little "wasted" to me and the spring like as if somebody has tempered with it.

The spring is in place correctly. I agree that that separation roller looks extremely worn smooth. =^..^=
