Hello. I have a problem with my C220 printer. I have tested cmyk colors and everything is ok. But whem I print another colors, green have a problem. Red and blue are also ok.

You have problem with ur cyan unit check the developer or clean the charger

Everything is guesswork without proper samples and information about the consumable status / oem or not oem.....

Green is mixed with yellow and cyan.... are the test pages generated from service menu with 255 density?

Thanks to everyone for answers. I solved the problem . Was from a laser slot. I cleaned all laser slots and the problem disappear.

Would check Cyan & yellow developer units for dev powder loss. Especially if ANY drums are at "0" life left. It's usually the cyan developer loss due to ANY drum being over life.

Plus a dirty laser unit / glasses can likely cause issues visible in halftones mainly

Just print 30% coverage and you will see that cyan is bad.

You'd have an easier time diagnosing which color is the issue with a lower density halftone, like this:
