Does anyone know if the transferbelt (only the belt) can be taken from a bizhub c224 ITB to use it for the bizhub c220 ITB?
Is it the same size?

Thanks for feedback.

I don't think so because the non-oem transfer belt/films I can find online aren't described as "universal" for C308/C220/C224.

Ah OK I just checked a few random google hits and those were not described like "one for all". Perhaps it's possible after all but unless noone else can report from actual experience you might have to check it out. I'm glad that fuser/itb isn't available for the C220 series - we swapped most of the remaining units in the field over the last, two years.

I have some replacement cleaning blades for transfer belt marked for C220 but i am replacing it for all machines C220,C224,C258,C227...without problem.
Sometimes it does not last long but that is expected for the low price instead whole new OEM ITB.

No the belts are different. Think the blades are same as C224. Just buy aftermarket belt for the C220 for $90. I use aftermarket belts & blades for both models and work great.

"The C280/360 series have a small rubber trail on each edge. The C284/364(e) are completely without and flat. Both do not fit the old C253/353.
Cleaning blades are the same through all 253/353/280/360/284/364(e) series."

They're NOT the same but the blades will fit.

We looked at this when struggling to get C220 belt units.

4 series onward are about 10mm wider belts, I think to allow for SR oversize paper stock, as others have said, just get aftermarket C220 belt and blade.
