View Full Version : Konica biz hub 363 can’t scan to external memory stick
When I insert memory stick screen says it recognizes it but function is unavailable. I turned on scan to external memory in the admin. Mode but it still says function not available. I have done same thing on color copiers and it always worked. Is there something else I need to do on the 363 to make scanning to external memory available.

There are usually 3 culprits
1. Feature is disabled in Admin Mode
2. Feature is disabled in User Authentication/Account track
3. USB device issue..
Some other areas..Possibly a HDD is needed (363 came with one but may be removed or disabled)
Security Settings - Quick Security Setting - USB Enable Settings Check to see if USB is disabled here

Without it scanning to USB will not function

It is one of the symptoms ssd failed. Soon after that you are not availble log in machine via www.
Format ssd, then reset network card - if you can't find procedure to fix ssd, let me know I will send you pm.
