Bizhub C258 numerick keypad in admin

Hello,
I have such a strange problem In administrator mode (Bizhub C308). Numerick keypad does not open when I want to input numbers in any time. For example during configuration network or power save time. Keypad button (again only in admin mode) does not work as well.
I do not know the history of this machine, my new customer bought it as a refurbished machine from abroad. I upgraded firmware by localizated version (and od course set recomanded function version) but it does not resloved this problem.
Do you have any idea how to fix it ?

I would go for Clear All data(Initialize) machine.

Was a keyboard or ldd driver or card reader attached? That will do it too.
If you can get into service security mode turn off vendor mode.
Or plug a USB keyboard in and see if that let's you enter the password for admin mode.

Check the usb settings in admin/security. Maybe external keyboard is switched on…
