Ok it looks like machine was not 100% level properly. We found that the wheels were broken. Can anyone help me figure out the part number to these wheels? We can't find it.

It should be this if you need rear wheels but i think machine have this 2 "legs" (16) and it is supposed to stand on them rather on the wheels.

If it was leveled correctly on installation, most or all of the wheels won't be touching the ground. They'll be up on levelers. It takes a good 2 hours to get the entire setup properly leveled before continuing with the setup. =^..^=

Two wheels in front touch and then two legs in the back. The two legs in the back are getting bent. Thats why I am confused.

We spent hours today and made 100% sure its perfectly leveled BUT still paper jam doesn't go away. See below pics:

The paper isn't stuck. It falls right out when drawer is opened.

The J3140 is not a physical jam. It is During operation: During the printing, the main keeps operating without creating images or patches for a specified period. More than likely it needs the firmware updated.

I got version G00-60 version 60. It looks like an upgrade from 50. I have to check but my feeling is I have original 2018 firmware which might be before version 50. Do I need to upgrade to version 50 before going to 60?

You can jump to a newer version without processing from one current level to another. The other thing I would do is make sure the sensors that look at the intermediate transfer belt are clean and the shutter that covers them opens/closes smoothly.

RU-518 with exit tray is attached. We left the perfect binder off while we releveled it. Room is a bit tight and allowed for easier access with it out of the way. Once it prints a few sheets we are adding it back in.
