Hi guys.
I have a C658 that came into the shop secondhand to refurbish and sell. It had a C-0206 error on the LCT but after disabling it prints were fine and all consumables within yield exept the drums was just over. The C0206 error was solved after upgrading firmware to Y2. After that the machine kept trying to stabilize the workshop tech just left it on after the firmware upgrade. All the toner from CMY was drawn out of the tanks without the machine adding toner. It pushed all the toner into the waste box. K was not doing the same. Changed CMY devtanks with good thanks from a doner machine. But the same thing started happening again.
Under state confirmation the TCR value for K was about 6.5% but CMY was all on 0%.
Could firmware cause this problem.
Not sure where to start with this. Reset all the tanks and drums?
