Hi guys,

Have a few issues with customers scanning to office 365

currently getting network error code 107• No connection exists with the client.

we have disabled TLS 1.0, 1.1 and left TLS 1.2 enabled, i have tried using a SSL cert and without. All the credentials are apparently ok:

- smtp.office365.com
- start TLS (tried off/on and port 25)
- port 587
- admin and device email are the same,

DNS - 10.0.0.252
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

i have turned the certificate verification setting 'validity period' to DO NOT CONFIRM

machine firmware is on GDL-M0

any help would be appreciated

... is the From Address in the copier a valid MS365 account?

I know there were some issues with the smaller "4" series and scanning with office 365. Think there was a firmware to correct it. Maybe someone else can confirm what firmware and I can get it for you if necessary.

what Function level are you on, it's needs to be 5 or higher, softswitch 25 Hex 40 or higher

The machines function version is version 7

the time and date was correct,

the IT guy messed around with some settings and managed to get it to work, hes not sure what he did tbh but thanks for your input guys

I always have problem with office 365 . Sorry but my fix is usually creating a gmail address using 2 step authentication
