Hi guys,
Have a few issues with customers scanning to office 365
currently getting network error code 107• No connection exists with the client.
we have disabled TLS 1.0, 1.1 and left TLS 1.2 enabled, i have tried using a SSL cert and without. All the credentials are apparently ok:
- smtp.office365.com
- start TLS (tried off/on and port 25)
- port 587
- admin and device email are the same,
DNS - 10.0.0.252
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
i have turned the certificate verification setting 'validity period' to DO NOT CONFIRM
machine firmware is on GDL-M0
any help would be appreciated
