we are having major issues with the bizhub 750. The c2203 comes back after pm's and the only way to fix it is to replace the entire drum cartridge unit. Anyone having this issue or any fixes??

1.Have you tried to rotate the drum manually after seating the blade?
Should do, maybe blade blocks the drum.

2. The OPC drum may be seated not properly in the catridge.

3. After putting the catridge to the machine try rotate the shaft with drum and properly seat the shaft to the notch

Ding, ding, ding! The answer is number one! Kind of....

Your blade is flipping and then flips back with little evidence. I had this issue with several 750/600's after a PM. All with the blade that comes in the 750 PM kit. Use a 7165 blade instead. The problem should go away. Two words though, setting powder!

Hi all have had this problem twice. Switching dipswitch 7-1 on and dipswitch 12-0 on has worked for me both times.
7-1 increases toner recall voltage on recall roller, 12-0 creates black bands on drum between prints to lubricate the drum blade. Also dont forget to run the blade setting mode in drum peculiarity.
As a foot note I have never use setting powder but always dust drums & blades with toner. Works for me!!!

Good luck:)
