c3351 jam code of 3003

i have c3351 which is jamming in between 2nd transfer roller and showing jam code of 3003.
anyone who had this problem before and what will be the solution? please assist

look for broken parts in the fuser/dup units. ripping paper out the wrong way brakes things in there.
