Customer called in for faxing issues. Demanded tech bring new fax board as her IT folks verified that it was not a line issue..I called her up to see what was going on. Asked her to send a test fax to my machine..She's on her cell phone speaker so I can hear everything...I can hear her go to off hook, dial the number, my device picks up and I can hear the handshake..She just stands there..I ask her if she has pressed the send button..She says what's that..after 4 years they no longer know how to use the fax..E
