Tray 1 fine tray 2 and Tray 3 LCT jams J2002 firmware updated, feed rollers replaced,transport unit replaced!! Help

There is a one-way bearing in the drive pack that can seize up
if its not worn the shaft
you can clean it out and add a light grease but will likely fail again
best to replace it if possible
