engine dip switch can force it to display full

1. Call the Service Mode to the screen.
2. Call the Enhanced Security to the screen. (Stop -> 0 (Zero) -> C (Clear)
3. Touch [Engine FW DipSW].
This is displayed only when Switch No. "59" is set to "01" in HEX Assignment in [Service Mode] -> [System 2] -> [Software Switch Setting]. (is already on for C360i Series)
4. The switch highlighted corresponds to the colour to be reset is highlighted (ON state).

If question is referred to bizhub 3320 there is no way to reset toner state without new toner chip.

i assumed he was talking of the i series

am i the only one who think it was horrible idea having a i series with same model number as 10 year old generation printer.

ive lost count of the customers who installed the C360 driver instead of C360i/C3350 instead of C3350i

Whether machine is 3320 or 3320i that procedure isn't applicable.
