Hi all,53826
I wonder if anyone knows the part number for the kit to repair the stacker when the stopper breaks off.

21 A4F3727300 Slide Part /Lower;
22 A4F3729100 Regulating Plate /2;
23 A4F3731801 Paper exit Block /1;
24 A4F3731902 Drive Belt /1;
25 A4F3732000 Fixing Plate

Have been discontinued but I believe there is now a part that replaces them that is a bit easier to fit (it couldn't be much harder).

Thanks in advance.

the "updated" belt has 2 screw holes but when they yank out the assy without turning the knob... pop goes the dammit pawl and wrecks the holes anyway.

I have 2 in a major user that staples everything. They seems to need them replacing every million or so impressions; It just falls off so they keep telling me. Trouble is that it is civil service so they just don't care as it is not their money.

Block alone not available. Have to order whole belt. If you have the old style you need to replace the belt. Total PITA. Make sure you have one of these on hand.

8 Piece Right Angle Screwdriver (https://www.harborfreight.com/8-piece-right-angle-screwdriver-92630.html?_br_psugg_q=right+angle+screwdriver)

This will save you a lot of time with one particular screw. Actually comes in handy all the time for many tasks.

I've only changed the belt once or twice. I now save the whole pullout carriage from retired FS-532's. If it needs the belt, we replace the carriage and move on.

Try an orange feed roller rubber and a paperclip.
