C3110 Initializing Ram

Got one c3110 stucked on Initializing Ram at start, the start bottom light is half red/blue any luck for solution this?

Tried to on/off several times and machine starts up but never leave the initializing screen

There is a nv clear tool maybe can fix this but i cant find it on knova any1 can share it ?
