Updated. File should work fine although it is made for MFP 364.

call KM support and get them to provide the reset token code.

otherwise your going to have to wipe and re do the runup

There is no such thing as a file reset password..Please quit PM'ing me for it..There is a procedure that is available through KM support to reset the CE password, and there is a file you can use to clean an used board (a789be.tar). I cannot help or give you either. E
