Hi, i have one C350 ( US ) ,i go to admin to off this funtion ,but still show ECK yes. any solution ? thanks

C350's are flakey on the EKC/ Account track. I would recommend that you clear the counts on each account set up, then turn off Account track...make sure you select yes to delete all account track info or it will not turn off.
