Konica Minolta User authentication grayed out

Hi. my client uses pasword login on printer, have set it up and works with mac.


On the pc clients user authentication is grayed out and cant change it.


Was able to use it on my computer and print with password then suddenly it was grayd out on my pc as well!? Find it strange that it works and then don´t!?

you need to set user authentication to enable via printer properties

printer properties - configure tab - scroll down to user authentication - enable

( if this wont enable you need to turn off the auto configure, it will be under 'obtain settings' tab)

Kenny is correct. Additionally, since it's not auto obtaining settings, you'll need to make sure the model showing up in the driver matches the model of the machine. It's in the same section.
