Hello,
as described in the title, colors are displayed incorrectly when printing and only when printing, copying works wonderfully. I feel that something is wrong with the color conversion, because if, for example, you print via the advanced settings of Adobe Acrobat and set srgb there, the colors are also wonderful. We also have identical machines that do not have this problem. The bad prints have a predominantly magenta tint and pale tones fade even more. And if it helps in any way, we only work with macs.

Thanks in advance for the friendly replies:D

When last was it serviced? Did you do gradation adjustment?

Maybe a couple of image samples would help your explanation? =^..^=

Would it be possible to print something from internal memory such as the printer test page, as well as something from the PC and provide samples?

Might be Adobe fcking something up here. Try other programs and maybe install a new driver

If only when printing you can most likely rule out the copier and look at driver or the program for print job. One way to be sure as others suggested is print the internal demo page, if ok it's not the copier.
