after the firmware update for the bizhub c284e, there was an error for external memory. any solutions? should i replace the ram or the motherboard? thanks!

Make sure you have correct firmware on the usb stick if it is try another usb stick

generally happens when the firmware update didnt complete properly, run the firmware again and see which part failed

you may have to run the board reset tool. Then do just the mfp firmware.
