Hi there. Has anyone had any success in replenishing the developer to BizhubC654/754 colour image units?

Yes we use aftermarket developer in the IU711 all the time and works just fine. Most of the time we just add some developer to IU's that have crashed and most will recover. Of course if IU is at 0% or drum bad we replace the IU with new OEM.
