A previous tech must have changed the service password. I have tried 9272 4 times and twice, 12345678 all that were suggested on the internet and then I'm allow me into the service mode. Is there any way to bypass the password or reset it?
I have seen an user here who can help me i think. ( jotunn)
I have a serial number and mac adress of the printer.

I think you might have to get a authorized Konica Minolta tech who can reach out to tech support to get the reset code.

Model: bizhub C3351Code: Service Mode Password Lock Out



Turn machine OFF wait for 30 seconds then turn it back ON
If rebooting machine didn't resolve the issue please follow the next step.

Access lock release procedure
1. Touch Menu button
2. Touch [Counter]
3. Touch [Keypad]
4. Press the following keys in this order = Stop > 0 > 9 > 3 > 1 > 7
5. Wait for 5 minutes or more but make sure not less than 5 minutes
6. Technician won't see anything changed on the screen
7. Reboot machine


Note: By default the machine is setup to 5 minutes However the setting could be changed from 1 to 60 min

Yeah ive pulled my hair out in past only to realise it locks you out. Once i unlocked it the code id been trying finally worked

I don't think you can change the CE password on this POS.

I don't think you can change the CE password on this POS.

You can change CE password in enhanced security. But if you don't know password you're lost. Agree on crappy KM A4 machines.

I think this only resets the lockout due to failed attempts..it does not change the password..If I'm wrong, let me know

I have tryid this also before. Does not help me!

I have contacted Konica Minolta by phone and they can not help me!!
Also send an e-mail a few weeks ago, no response!

This C3351 is not the same as a C3350. If i'm not mistaken the c3350 and c3351 have different menu options. The bizhub c3350/c3850 menus work just like the bizhub 4050/4750 menus. The bizhub C3351 menus works more like an actual office machine like an 8 series model (like a c258). So if you can find a reset tar file I'm assuming you can reset this service mode password. Hope this helps

If you've seen it on the internet, you don't look technical to me. This information is in the service manual of the mentioned printer.
