C454 black drum black band

There's a black band I found I think on two separate black drums. I just realises that the black band shows uo I think was on a previous drum as well not sure.
I think it may have been causing some light prints on the far edge of the paper 11x17 and 12x18 prints.
I put in an old black drum, waiting for rhe new one which is set to deliver tomorrow.
I'm attaching a photo of the drum

Check if the develop on the roller is not raised that side. Could be that is still has an old type mag roller without the splines that got polished.

Not aure if it will reappear after a while. If it does then I will definitely pull the developer and take a look. Thanks much
