[Jamming] Bizhub C 308 Jam Code 30-03

I have a customer complains of jams 2nd time now
When i arrive its only a couple of jams either tray 1 or tray 3 but always the same code 30-03 which indicates jam in 2nd transfer area
I have replaced all feed tyres checked all sensors cant get it to jam running 3 or 400 hundred through at a time on all 4 trays.
As ISAY ITS ONLY 4 OR 5 JAMS IN A WEEK
Just asking if anyone has had this intermittent jam code anywher that can help or point me in right direction.
Usual customer opposition re paper standard 80 gm paper that theyre using in a Canon mc
Any help appreciated

I'm not shure here but lazy reg actuators* / dirty sensor can trigger funny jams. If you can't reproduce it ask the customer to take some photos or call you instantly.

* I've seen the spring of reg sensor actuators loosened/unhooked on various models

I have seen the registration sensor actuator get lazy as well.
I have also had worn or gummed up registration bushings or a dirty registration clutch cause these jams.
